Local cooking expert Chef Renee' will share her knowledge and expertise at Windsor Locks Public Library on Tuesday, May 8 at 6:30 PM.  She will offer tips and tricks for preparing spring vegetables in new and exciting ways, demonstrating how to create tasty, restaurant quality vegetable dishes at home. Chef Renee' studied at Johnson & Wales University and is currently working at a popular area restaurant in addition to providing personal chef services to several clients. She is passionate about food, people, and service and will be starting a cooking show on Windsor TV this summer.
